We long for an/a/some escape, a place/safety/shelter where the pain/suffering/anguish can fade/disappear/evaporate, but often/always/sometimes the darkness persists/holds tight/remains. It's in these moments of helplessness that we must find/create/forge our own/internal/personal light/strength/will. We must face/confront/stand against the emptiness/void/terror, and discover/remember/unearth the powerful spirit that lies within/deep inside/at our core.

Insomnia acts as suffocating weight upon your here mind and body. You toss and turn, fighting for sleep to come. The hours crawl by, each one an eternity filled with anxieties and disappointment. This constant state of wakefulness becomes a prisoner in your own bed.
Craving for Sweet Oblivion
The throes of oblivion was a siren's call, a whispered promise of escape. To fade in its depths was to quell the incessant cacophony of existence. The life's sharp edges faded under the lure of its peace.
